This is the beginning of a one-month service skills training in the Middle East and North Africa from January 27 to February 27, which was held twice in Cairo, Egypt and Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
According to the actual situation of the Egyptian dealership, Huang Yiting, the business manager of the Asia-Australia Operation Center, firstly transformed the training contents from Chinese to English for the service managers of the dealership, and then he transformed the English training contents into Arabic to teach the service personnel of each service station again. At the same time, while teaching, we also teach the vehicles that come to the service stations in the dealership headquarters, and gradually go from theory to logic to practical operation for some difficult problems, so that the service personnel can understand and learn more deeply.
During the three weeks of training in Egypt, a total of more than twenty service personnel from the dealer headquarters and more than ten contracted service outlets carried out relevant training and issued training certificates.
The second stop of this training came to Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia, and the service personnel of the dealers in Kuwait and Qatar were invited to participate in this training, and the Saudi dealers also invited the service personnel of the northern, eastern and western branches to participate. The person in charge of after-sales service of Saudi Arabia dealership wanted to increase the interaction and practical test on the basis of the training to ensure the quality of the training. After receiving the feedback, Mr. Wei Zhuang immediately added the Q&A and post-test section to the courseware, and prepared the corresponding practical test requirements and answer sheets according to the course.
Different from the training method in Egypt, the Saudi Arabia classroom adopts a trilingual mode, that is, after the teacher teaches in Chinese, the operation center personnel translate into English, and the Saudi dealership after-sales supervisor then teach once in Arabic, in order to meet the language needs of different students. In the combination of theory and practical operation, it is adopted in the morning lecture in the afternoon by the teacher set up in advance on the prototype car after the operation of each student to ensure the effectiveness of each participant in the training.
